How long will my order take to arrive?
Knitted Names – Sweden: around 2 weeks | International: around 3 weeks
Hand-drawn Portraits & Birth Posters – 5–6 weeks

Do you ship worldwide?
Yes! I send my creations to happy customers all over the globe.
Posters and hand-drawn birth posters, portraits, and generic portraits are printed locally near you to save time and reduce shipping costs.
All other products are shipped from Sweden – please note that customs fees may apply depending on your country.
Is my image good enough?
All images can be turned into illustrations, but if your photo is of good quality, the final portrait will look even better.
Please try to provide a clear, well-lit photo—not too dark—as it can be difficult to see details in dark images. Screenshots from movies are often challenging to illustrate if they are too dark.
Will I see the portrait before you send it to me?
Yes! Once your illustration is ready, I’ll email you a copy. You’ll have the chance to request small changes before I print and ship it.
I want to order a portrait of two people, but have two different photos. Is that okay?
Absolutely! Just send me both images and let me know if you have any special requests.
Can I cancel or change my order?
You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. If you want to make changes, please contact us within 3 days. Please note that customized items cannot be returned.
How do I make a claim if there’s a problem?
Since all our products are handmade and personalized, they cannot be returned. However, if you’re not satisfied or if your product arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@tildasbirthposters.com and we’ll do our best to help.
